Katherine Pang, J.D., LL.M, M.Ed is President of Corporate Growth Strategists a Dallas-based company, that has worked with the small to mid-size business for over 20 years. Katherine, herself an entrepreneur and founder of several companies, provides companies with the personal attention required to micro-manage the details that often catapult a company from stagnation or decline to growth and opportunity.

Corporate Growth Strategists has successfully worked with companies in manufacturing, transportation and logistics, personal services. Corporate Growth Strategists or CGS advised a Dallas-based Manufacturing company, shortly after the economic down-turn of 2001/2002 and successfully repositioned and refinanced the business over a 20-month period. During this period of time, CGS’ client achieved (i) a 20% increase in gross sales; (ii) a decrease in accounts payable of 97%; (iii) a 36% increase in gross profit; and (iv) a reduction in long-term liabilities of 66.6%. As a result of the business turnaround, CGS’ client is growing again and is profitable with the appropriate level of cash reserves for its business model.
